Learn Reiki in Zurich
Reiki is a path towards self-healing, self-love, self-development, and self-empowerment. In my Reiki courses in Zurich, you receive a supportive tool that accompanies you on this journey.
The Reiki system according to Mikao Usui is a practice that helps you reconnect more deeply with your essence, your true self, and the Divine within you. You will learn about Reiki energy and discover how to work with it – for yourself or for others. Various traditional techniques and meditations, as well as insights into the cultural and historical background of Mikao Usui – the founder of this method – further enrich your practice and support a deeper understanding of the system.
Reiki supports you in becoming more aware of yourself, activating your own self-healing abilities, and bringing more joy and lightness into your life.

At present, I offer Reiki training exclusively as individual one-to-one courses in Zurich (training for two people is possible upon request). This allows you to learn at your own pace and without distractions, with plenty of space for your questions and personal experiences. Dates are flexible and can be arranged individually.

Shoden –
1st Level
Physical level – Getting to know your body and its energy field more deeply
“Shoden” is a Japanese word meaning “first teachings.” It is the first of three training levels within the traditional Japanese Reiki lineage known as Usui Reiki Ryōhō.
Energy is something that is difficult to explain completely. We can read about it or hear about it – but true understanding only comes through personal experience.
During the Shoden course, you will therefore not only learn about Reiki on a theoretical level, but also experience its effects directly through your own practice. You will receive and give a Reiki treatment and learn traditional Japanese Reiki meditation techniques and how to apply them. These techniques support your own healing process and deepen your understanding of energetic work.
With the initiation into the first Reiki degree, many people begin a process of clarification and personal development that continues far beyond the training days themselves. For this reason, I recommend continuing your Reiki practice independently after completing the course, so that this inner process of cleansing and healing can continue to unfold.
For me, healing means remembering the wholeness that already exists within us and strengthening our connection to this essence. Reiki practice can be a valuable support and guiding principle on this journey. I therefore understand learning and practicing the Reiki system as a spiritual path, on which I accompany and support you during the course and beyond.
