Reiki course – For you, if you want to embark on a journey to yourself – supported by Reiki, a tool that accompanies you in your self-healing and on your path to self-development. It helps you to feel yourself even more deeply and to live more and more in connection with your essence.

Learn Reiki in Zurich

Reiki – it is a path to self-healing, self-love, self-development, and self-empowerment. In my Reiki courses in Zurich, you will receive a supportive tool for this. You will learn about Reiki energy and how to work with it – with yourself or with others. You will not only learn the technique of laying on hands, but also how to use Reiki in a trauma-sensitive way – to release inner blockages, harmonize your energy flow, and ultimately enable healing on all levels – layer by layer. Whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual: Reiki supports you in becoming increasingly aware of yourself, activating your own self-healing powers, and bringing more joy into your life.

The Reiki method is non-denominational, guru-free (you are your own guru) and can be learned by everyone.

Currently, I only offer individual Reiki trainings in Zurich. This allows you to learn at your own pace, with plenty of time for your questions and experiences. Appointments are flexible and can be arranged individually.

Reiki Course – 1st Level

Physical level – Getting to know your body and its energy field better

In the Reiki Level 1 training, I will introduce you to energy work and you will learn how to apply Reiki

according to Mikao Usui. During the training, your Reiki channel will be opened – this marks the beginning of a process of purification, clarification and inner development.

You will learn to become more aware of your body and its energy field and gain a clearer understanding of where your energy blockages come from and how they manifest themselves on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Thanks to my background in trauma therapy, trauma-sensitive content is part of the training. You will learn how to work with touch in a trauma-sensitive way – with yourself or with others. This creates a safe space in which not only energy work is possible, but also the healing of old wounds and your inner child can be gently initiated.

During the training, you will learn how to use Reiki in everyday life – for self-care, for physical ailments or to balance your energy. You will learn the basic hand positions for self-treatment and partner treatment and gain insights into the chakra system and its connection to Reiki.

With increasing sensitivity to subtle energies, you will begin to feel yourself more deeply and perceive yourself more consciously. Reiki Level 1 is often a powerful boost to your personal development – a step towards trauma healing on all levels.

Requirements:

An interest in and openness to subtle processes is required. Otherwise, no special prior knowledge is necessary. However, I recommend attending at least one Reiki treatment with a Reiki practitioner before beginning the training.
